    Default A-600/aruze

Was wondering if anyone owned this model?

Is it fun? What happens on the video screen?

It may actually be the A-400...i can't tell from the pics on the 99 and 2000 Aruze products web site.

there's one for sell locally for 150...is that a good deal for that model?

    thanks!

A nice cute anime based machine. This was my first machine and I wasn't dissapointed.

The theme is fireworks and theres plenty of them. The LCD shows scenes of lighting fireworks, chopping fruit blindfolded, street fighting, diving for fish to new a few. Each computer controlled animation indicates oncoming wins. i.e different colured fish indicate colour of symbols on reels, winning street fight indicates bonus, side slicing fruit and bombs indicates bonus and size of fireworks indicate bonus also.

The machine features speech now and again but is 100% japanese, as is the glass.

The bonus rounds are fast paced, though simplistic (no reel combinations) apart from jac dodging.

Like most pachilso's you will see things you have never seen before even if you have had the machine for months or even years. Only recently I seen a close up of Don Chan covered in dirst after a fireworks explodes near him.

Fun, cute machine with a prominent theme of "Don Chan" (Aruze continues to make machines based on Don).

    Overall 7/10

This was my first machine also. It is a fun machine to play for a while, but for me it gets a little too repetitive. That's probably because it's all in Japanese (talking and text), and I haven't yet figured out the hints it seems to give you. For now, I'll give it a 7 out of 10. Hopefully it will go up as I figure more out about it.

Stealths scratch and dents are better then alot of vendors every day inventory. I'm sure a lot of members will agree with that. The ashtray should be easy enough to replace. If you can live with a little damage to the chrome, this might be a deal for you.

    Hey!!

That's my Cute little (Hanabi) Don Chan Guy!!
(I have a pic on my Toys page and the Museum - I should really get round to writing a Review)

He's the reason I joined Pachitalk!!

Yes it's an older Machine but I would never part with it (him?) It's also a 1, 2 or 3 bet Token Machine,
although I've always played the 3........

This one is also good for practising your Eye-Shooting skills!!

There is indeed a lot of things happening on the Screen, and very funny too!! I wouldn't let the Japanese speech put you off...
Although I haven't played it in a while - I do remember that just when you think you know what is coming next, it surprises you...

I don't think you would be disappointed with this Machine, there's enough happening to keep you entertained for hours...
and if you can get it for a good price then another good reason to go for it!!

I'll have to keep an eye on the scratch and dent sales. If this one wasn't local with no shipping I would defnitely consider Stealth. Thanks for the tip!
