It seems that they are still experimenting with their whole business philosophy. We have seen their prices really come down recently...not so long ago, they had high reserves with the BIN price only a few bucks off the reserve. Along with that, they offered decent services. Now, they seem to be blowing them out the door at really great prices, but little or no support. I'm not too sure that I am comfortable with that, although the deals I've seen lately have made my head spin. I can only assume that will mean more and more new members here in the near future looking to solve problems that are not being taken care of by the seller.

I think I paid less than 60 for my New Magic Lamp Girl in the Orange frame, the cell looks the same but the graphics look different. is this the original Magic Lamp Girl? This has an unusual number of bonus doors and a seconde bonus tulip. It is labeled:
    A. nail guarded bonus tulip only way in is when tulip opens.
    B. small chance door below start pocket
    C. chance door below door B

Anyone seem the A pocket tulips open?

    Ouch!

Seven days and they don't cover bulbs? They're shipping practices aren't good enough to make me comfortable with this type of warranty.

PachiTalk will certainly not recommend them to anyone with this lack of service after the sale.

I think they are talking about shipping damage claims and those claims exclude bad or broken bulbs. Surely they will still replace bulbs that are inoperable.

If there is Damage to a Machine, You have 7 days to Make a Claim.

Damages exclude any Cosmetic damages such as, but not limited to ,

    Scraches, LEDs and light bulbs.

After 7 days you can call us (909)-605-2039, or

    E-mail at info@cfexportinternational.com

We will give you proper princing on replacement parts.

    Thank you
    CF Export International Inc.

Yeah, I read that as covering their butts from buyers that claim their machine was damaged during shipping a month after it has been delivered.

But yeah, they are definitely tweaking their business model.

I see what you are saying regarding shipping damage. But to say they will give proper "princing" (I hope they mean pricing ) on replacement parts makes me really wonder what they mean? I can understand if they had an initial language barrier problem here but I think it is time that they grasp the English language better

Do they possibly think that their sales on Ebay are wholesale then with little if any warranty?

I think we are getting some flags thrown up here.

    Buyer Beware!!

You know I buy from them; you know I pick up the machines. So I'm biased. Here's my rant.

I have never gotten better value than I have gotten from them. They are the nicest people you will ever meet.

Just because the word 'warranty' (spelled however) isn't in the listing doesn't mean they won't help you if you unbox and set up the machine and let them know right away. Please don't tar them with that brush.

I'm sure it means that you can't play for 20 days, sabotage the machine, and complain.

There is no way they can handle buyers' remorse at these prices.

There is no way that they can be experts at composition at these prices...yet. Sometimes they take a few days to ship.

Those things are fine with me.

I'm looking forward to the Gaku model. At $1100, there's room for buyers' remorse, sabotage, next day shipping, perfect service, lifetime free bulb replacement, lifetime mail-in cleaning and repair etc. I think that's fantastic!

If the counter winds up showing the correct win total and a great modeI shows up I would be proud to own a Gaku pachinko one day! It's really cool! Gaku supports this site, and he seems like a great guy! Just click when I type Gaku!

But I'd also like to be able to buy newer machines at a fair price, and I don't need to get $1100 worth of value out of a $150-$300 investment (including shipping!)

For that I'm glad CF is around.

    Really glad.

And I wish that there would be appropriate appreciation for value received, considering that as far as I know they have worked their tails off to try to fix every legitimate problem they've been made aware of.

You know there's no one like Arby when it comes to pachinkos. But I think the only way Arby (and eventually Gaku) will increase their business is if something popularizes pachinkos a bit in this country.

I can't imagine any better way than to get a few thousand in people's hands and go from there, and I will be angry beyond belief if the CF gives up because they get tired of the BS that so many buyers seem to provide when they don't deserve to. If they continue, I believe the high-end buyers will come back to support that end of the business.

Without CF, it's the same twenty pachinko owners (slight exaggeration). What good is that?

    Rant over.

I did buy a machine from them, without issue. I am merely pointing out that we have had the opportunity to see this business start with one mode of operation and morph quickly into another...I think that we are all grateful for the lower prices and the variety of machines that we now have in our hands

Gee........After I decide to buy my first machine in a year (and from them), you guys come up with this thread. Now I will not be able to sleep until I get my machine...................Of course if there is something wrong with it, I think the Lumina frame manual covers it......And of course I have you guys!!

It'll be fine, John. Their packing has improved since some problems in December and I've communicated with Jake several times and he's good to work with. You got your machine for a great price through a good vendor. Don't lose a bit of sleep over this one!

I just received the replacement parts for my last machine today. No hassle from Jake he was great to work with. I had one of the last machines shipped the old way through UPS.
The replacement parts came FedEx very little packing and in good condition. I can't and won't knock their customer service.

I hear ya there! It's too bad we all don't have them that close. If this Ice Age will abate for a while I might get over there to get mine (it's an early birthday present from a family member - I'm registered at Samarauislots!) (might have you stow it away for me, ocpachinko!).

The prices they're selling for are bargin basement. You can't pay Yugo prices and expect a Ferrari. You sure aren't gonna get an Arby 'just slapped on the butt' newborn for that low (unless Arby really feels like taking the hit). The handful of us that have imported directly are floored by these prices.

I expect a fully functioning machine when I buy (although the fixer-uppers are fun now and then!) but how many people have had a problem with a machine after their inital purchase (after it's all unpacked, checked and played a few months)? I have mechanicals from the 50's that the lights still work.

I don't feel that their prices for 'parts' will be too bad. Glad to know there will be a source for pachinko parts.

Say it ain't so!!!!!!! I think we've all said that before.
(I assume you mean the last machine you bought before you buy another one?)
