Indiana Jones Chance Button

I'm thinking of getting Indiana Jones but I am looking for machines that offer some interaction.

Could those of you that own the Indiana Jones Pachinko share how much interaction there is with the chance button and what it does?

the chance button is used to pick a path or chose an option ie you play a form of chase the lady and you get to pick wich place the item is hiding in

if you want better interaction julie is great when your playing the mini pinball machine that is mounted under the screen or top gun where you get to fly the F16 on the screen and fire things with the 2 interaction buttons that light red and green but for pure entertainment and the animatronics indy dose

It's pretty self explanatory. You use the Chance button to make decisions at certain points. For example, there is an animation where you can choose which tunnel to take. The scene moves back and forth between the two entrances and you push the button when the screen is centered on the one you want. Another time, you are shown a spinning treasure chest. You push the Chance button to stop it spinning/open it. So far, I haven't had to pound on the button rapidly, like you do on my Saint Maria. I'm sure there's more I haven't seen yet, but this is basically the way it's used.

It isn't used that much as far as I have seen...only during special reaches and animation sequences during certain Indy modes.

TOP GUN is the best I myself has found!!!!

I have Julie and have been playing it a bit but still not had the chance button light up - I know... "patience grasshopper".

I also have Saint Maria and find the rapid pushing of the chance button to be a bit too much pushing with little to no results - very frustrating.

There's only one sequence where I've seen the rapid mashing of the Saint Maria chance button make a difference and that's during a Fever when the 7 starts dropping from the top of the screen. I think what you're supposed to do is bang on it fast enough to make it fall all the way down. I've never even come close (and I can mash a button pretty darn fast). Following this, they award you with the 100 spins with lowered odds...I get that, but I think you get something else if you can manage to get that 7 all the way down.


Beating on it when it's lit during regular reaches doesn't seem to make a difference whatsoever, other than to make a lot of sounds.

On an Indy it lights up MUCH MUCH less frequently.

definatly top gun is the one for you then clau the video to animated sequences are awsome and the interaction rocks

I actually quite like Top Gun for the fact it has TWO interactive buttons.....
and they come into play a lot more often than the Chance Buttons on say Indiana Jones or Julie.......

and everyone knows I quite like blasting things anyway.....

The Bow Wow has decent interaction, You choose your dog during the dog race reach, rapid smashing during shampoo reach helps. This is a nice red frame same as Garfield.
BTW mine is for sale. since we have the Garfield.

I know that it has been awhile since posting on this topic, but I finally had some serious Indiana Jones chance button action. I must have hit a cycle on the machine, because I have been using chance left and right. The scene in particular is where Indy and his dad both flash onto the screen in anime action style and you have to hit the chance button to stop the numbers. This may be old news to some, but I have been playing it for a year and just now came across it.
