Default Seeking Help on Nishijin Electric Pachinko

Hello! This is my first attempt at this so can only hope I'm doing it right. I've just purchased a great-looking Nishijin SR-Z / 73 / Future Trend / Top Performance Pachinko with electric ball launcher.

My specific question is: the electric ball launcher doesn't impel the balls hard enough to get them to the top and into play... the balls only reach about halfway up (nine o'clock position) then fall back. How do I correct that?

A more general question is: I find lots of maintenance and repair resources for manual Pachinko machines, but nothing for the electric types like mine. Would appreciate any help in locating that information.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

    Don

all info is right here for free. hold on and a pro will answer shortly. is the spring on the end of the shooter solid? where it contacts the ball? open glass door and you'll find a lever in the bottom right of the opening that will allow the shooter tray to swing open and you can access the shooter then.

    Pictures would be very helpful.
If you have one of the complete front, then maybe someone who has one can help.
It sounds like the shooter just needs adjustment tho. A pic of the back of the machine, lower left and a clear shot of the back of the shooter should get you good results also.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

some shooter knobs have adjustments on them for the spring or on the rubber bumper.

Obvious question but is the ball track absolutely clean and free of gunk, debris? open glass, openn shooter tray door, check the track, wipe it down with a rag and a little WD-40 on the rag. check the spring on end of the shooter hammer, if no spring or spring is flattened thats the issue.
make sure only 1 ball is being shot at a time as well.
closeup photos will help us help you!
