Any Thoughts???

I was hoping to get some advice for my next machine purchase.
This will be my 3rd machine, I already have a Bellco Super Bingo and a Yamasa King Pulsar Ace.
I really like both machines, the Pulsar is fun to play and the Bingo is pretty good but can be a little monotonous sometimes until you hit the bonus rounds.(my 1st one, got it for a great deal at Value City...$75)
Anyway, I have narrowed my next machine down to 2 - King Camel or Mephisto.
Any thoughts on the merits or shortcomings of either machine, I would find very helpful.

well I have them both and think they are both great machines! But they are both different and fun in there own way. With seeing what you already own I would go for the Camel 1st and then clear out another spot for the Mephisto at a later date. My King Camel is the most played when I have people over but the mephisto comes in at a close 2nd.I have seen on here where a lot of people think mephisto is boring but I find it to be a very fun machine.
Either way you pick I think you will enjoy your new machine.

Welcome. King Camels reels are huge and are beautifully detailed. The jumping and spinning of the reels are very unique to pachislo which makes this machine a must have and a keeper in my book.

I have a mephisto and personally I think it stinks. I got it cuz I had a chance to get it dirt cheap IMHO. and I liked the fact that there was a play guide for it and you had a chance of hitting bonus after bonus and rack up some serious token payouts, but mine hasn't lived up to the hype. I have tried on all six levels and nadda. the best percentage wise I have done on pay out is 98% and on level six its supposed to have a payout of over 105% I have the mephisto in the middle of a row of 3 machines and it collects more dust than attention. my Continental III gets more attention than the mephisto does and its an older machine....

Heck, If I had to do over, I would get a million god before the mephisto....

even though I don't have a king camel, I would suggest a king camel over the Mephisto any day.

Mine is just the opposite. I have mine set on level 1 and it hits like crazy!
In fact up until today when my neo zetz went crazy and paid out over 1600 in 15 min my Mephisto was my best paying machine this month for hitting multible bonus games. I can play for 20 or 30 min and almost always hit at least one bonus game on it. And remember this is on level one! Heck maybe I have the broke machine but I'm not complaining it sure is fun though!

Feb 3-5 I will be in Warsaw, IN. I will be taking I-69 to get there and back. I will swap mephistos with ya.... :lol8: Then you will know what I mean. Its the only machine I know of that is set on six and you start out with an empty hopper... after roughly 2 hours of play, you start hearing tokens hit the cabinet due to the hopper being full....
