Great experience with first machine

As some of you are aware, the feedback I received after joining Pachitalk was instrumental in my selection of a machine and vendor for a first purchase. I ended up getting the wife a Neo Magic Pulsar from Pachislo.com for Christmas and wanted to relate how great the experience was.

Within 24 hours (less than 12, actually!) my order was processed, packaged, and shipped with a tracking number supplied in an email to me. So far, so good, right? Four days later (not bad for FedX Ground CA to IN) a large box arrived on our doorstep. While there was a tear in the outer box, a quick inspection revealed the inner box escaped any damage. Inside the main shipping box we found a large box supported by foam (the pachi) and a smaller box containing a sealed bag of tokens (500), the reset and door key, warranty info, a guide to setting up the machine with pictures of almost every major brands' buttons and controls, and a brochure with several new pachislos and pachinkos listed.

The large inner box contained the machine itself, wrapped in protective plastic. We received it in very good condition, with only a few very minor scatches on the reel glass which turned 'invisible' once the machine was on, and a small scuff on the front of the coin tray. All the lights work well, the chrome is outstanding and the cabinet has a nice black finish without a single blemish on it. The machine has worked flawlessly from the moment it came out of the box and we couldn't be happier. Unless of course, we got another one.......... and another........ we're hooked!

Given the quality of the product and packing, the 'little extras' (guide book, brochure, a few more tokens than many vendors I've seen), and the super fast response from order to shipment I can't recommend my experience enough to anyone looking for another option when purchasing another machine. Glad you had a positive experience, Make room for the invasion. Clear off end tables sell the TV, your going to need more room. If you don't know what I am talking about , you soon will.

Don't get me started on pachinko. My best friend had a real pachinko machine we used to play ALL of the time on afternoons after high school. I'd hazard a guess to say this was a late '70's machine, but we'd have a blast with it all the same.

We also played an inordinate amount of Pinball, and, in fact, BOUGHT our favortie Pinball machine from the arcade we used to play it in. It was an Eight Ball Deluxe, one of the first 'talkie' pinball machines.

So no, pachinko wouldn't be a big stretch for me, especially after seeing pictures of Julie and Star Wars, and now a Lord of the Rings....... don't make me do it!

I enjoy both pachislos and pachinko I played a few King Camel rounds last night, and Garfield. and Automatic, and Magic Lamp Girl, and ???

I have purchased over 35 pachislos and 2 Pachinkos machines from pachislo.com (American Syscom) and they have been very good to deal with. I too would recommend them.
