How far do you live from where you were born and raised?

50 years ago Father and Sons only had a small pizza palor on Belmont Ave.

it seated about 15 people and their signs stated over 60 drivers delivering.

I have had a lot of Pizzas from there

Hey folks,

My parents were living in Middletown, PA (Three Mile Island fame) when I was born, but, since they were from Lancaster, PA (about 30 miles east of Middletown), no other hospital was good enough, and I started out being born in the Lancaster General Hospital.

I was reared in Middletown, married in Middletown, and finally left after graduating from college. We moved to Clearfield, PA for a few years, then back to the Harrisburg, PA area for a few more years.

We then spent a number of years in Virginia (Fredericksburg, Alexandria, and Dale City) before moving to Somerdale, NJ where we lived for a few more years.

After Jersey, it was back to the Harrisburg, PA area again where we have lived in Liverpool, Mechanicsburg, Dillsburg, and finally back to Mechanicsburg again about 18 months ago.

We spent 21 years in Dillsburg before moving back to Mechanicsburg, and that is by fare the longest we spent at any place. From Mechanicsburg to Middletown is less than 30 miles, and it is another 30 miles to Lancaster.

We moved a lot, but it has never been that far, and we are still back close to where we started.

Born in Chelsea, Ma, barely filled my first diaper when we went to San Antonio. Not long there, then to Cloverly, Md, then Highland, Md. Short time in Waynesboro, Pa (a woman was involved in that choice, let's just call it a learning experience!), Rockville for a year, then right back to Highland. Actually, it's just the place I keep my Pachis, my actual home is 4 ft behind where I work (steering wheel to sleeper).
