The fat cat arrived today, poor condition. poorly wrapped the box was barely closed 1 piece of 'fragile' sticker holding it together at the top. bottom is bent, the rear panel is broken, it was dropped on its back and it looks like that happened before it was shipped, a bread tie is holding a corner together. The transformer was loose it was wrapped in shrink wrap, cardboard over the glass and a layer of bubble wrap and a few peanut bags around it.
I removed the cell, cleaned it and un bent the case, reconnected all of the loose connectors and it works fine. I sent them a note with the replacement parts that I need. I robbed from my Bow wow but want to have it in excellent condition because I need to sell Bow wow to make room for more. Err this one.

looks like they're shipping has taken a header in the last few weeks. christmas is not an excuse. i received my julie packed fantastic them the galaxy was a little crappier packing but glass broken due to loose balls and now its apparently reaching the bottom.

Sorry Mike it didn't get to you in one A1 condition. It is so disappointing that certain vendors cannot just take a little more time in packing these items, when others do. Hope you get it sorted.

Thanks guys, the shipping was rough for sure, the peanut bags were mostly flattened during the UPS shipping. the part of the frame where the shooter knob is was bent out about 1/4" the door bent out that much at the bottom right.
I think most of the damage occurred before it was shipped. The plastic cover was held on with a twist tie. I think it fell on its back before it was even shipped. It was also shipped with feet on it

Sounds like the same packing my Julie had, I was there with you while you described the packing. Was just fortunate that the Julie didn't arrive too beat up. The box was immaculate and if it had been at all mis-treated, the machine would probably not have survived it with the poor packing.

I received answer back on the packaging suggestion and they (panchinkocasino) will try to improve their packaging for future shipments, if anyone buys from them keep us updated!! I have more I want but don't want to spend hours repairing each new machine.
Here is the Garfield cell I pulled it to clean it properly and was considering dropping it in the Bow Wow frame.
