Shipping overseas question

I shipped two Token Cup orders to deano and rodtrotter over to Great Britain. They were both shipped on Dec 1. I had to use the white customs form to ship both. Is there anyway to track these, they both came with insurance for lost, stolen or damge. If I remember right the post office said there was a 1-800 number I could call to check or track. Thanks for any replies.

Check your reciept, there should be a tracking number on it
