Samaurislots/CFExport International is the shipper for Panchinkocasino.

there was a thread recently concerning CF import. they are the same people as panchinko casino and samurislots. yes they could not find an importer so they started their own usa division.
i have had great luck on 5 different occasions from 5star. once an ashtray was broken and they replaced it within days. super clean machines in working order.

Thanks thats the stuff we need to know.
Why do they have so many business names, stores? I don't see the advantage of it.

cf imports is actually a Japanese company. based in japan. they tried mightily to recruit dealers in the US a couple of years ago. but they sounded so shady that no one took them up on it. guess the shady part came from cultural differences.

I have a few machines from 5 star, they were newer models and no one else had them.

They were all very clean & in like new condition, they arrived safely.

Well Lew, we can't say we didn't have our chances at this one. We could be rich pachinko importers living the high-life!

Just returned from a pleasant, if short, visit to their warehouse. They are always nice to me, and address my needs. They have hundreds of pachinkos and pachislos towering on pallets. They are busily prepping and shipping machines, which were going out the door at the rate of one every few minutes.

I have been consistently pleased with their machines. But be aware, I have never been successful with messages to them in PayPal payment, email is variable, and the phone...well, they're very busy. If you have a bunch of machines, want another one (or six) and they have what you want (and you'll know what you're doing with the machine(s)) I recommend them, but it may take a little while; be patient. Note that I pick up my machines from them personally. They work hard and are honest; but there's only so much that can be done within their business structure. Think PachiCostco (but better value!). For the prices they sell for (and what they sell) I would never complain.

If you need clear communications, if it's your first machine or you'll need help in any way, you'd be better off with Arby (who is able to have the wonderful service orientation that a high volume importer simply could never afford).

Both ways, I have received excellent value. Pick the vendor that suits your personality.

Thanks for that post, ocpachinko. I have had no success via emails and your post was reassuring. I wasn't too worried as others have had good experiences with this vendor, but when people don't answer emails, etc. it is disconcerting. Thank you!

Let's just say there's too many machines in that warehouse to worry for a while...

I did a buy it now with them on 12/10. I paid right away and didn't think about it again. On 12/14 I received shipping notification from them and positive feedback on fleabay. The machine will be here on 12/19.

The only thing I'm concerned about is the condition of the box it comes in. I need it to ship a machine to a friend of mine in Dallas for Christmas.

The box should be in excellent shape. The two that I've received didn't have any damage from UPS. Surprise there. The machine has it's own box that fits pretty good around it. The boxes are taped, but it's very heavy tape.

The Lassen World came from them, and it was in the smaller box (the one that the machine just fits in), and that box was inside another box with padding all around (I think it was foam). Box came in real good shape.
You should be ok to reship it, Tulsa.
