As some of you know I just wrote a scathing post on Pachinko Palace.

In that thread I mentioned that I had purchased a FireExpress from Pachislo.com (It should be arriving later this week).
Well just 2 days after the purchase I was sent an email from them ( I have been on their mailing list) and I saw a post on Pachitalk saying that they were having a 15% off sale on all of their machines.
Well I did something that is really out of character for myself and sent them an email stating that I just purchased a machine from them not 2 days before I received the sale notice and that I was a pachitalk member and if they could give me the same sale price for the machine?
It was $169 when I bought it but the sale price was $144.
Now this was only the 2nd machine that I have purchased from them. The other being a King Camel that I have yet to see sold for a cheaper price!
When I ordered that machine I was called numerous times from them making sure that I received my machine and checking that it was going to the correct address etc... They followed up on the sale and were very very polite and friendly! The machine came double boxed With plastic wrap and styrofoam inserts it was the best of all vendors packing( I never had an Arby machine to compare so its the best I have seen) and the machine was flawless and as close to new as possible!
Well back to the point, after I sent them that email ( I felt a little uncomfortable and maybe wrong in writing) this is what they replied!

I have no words that can relate how really wonderful these people are. By no means did they have to do that( Remember I wasnt a multiple machine buyer from them) and store credit or not $25 is $25 and I already had the machine on the way BEFORE the sale!!!!!! How many vendors can you say would do that,or any store for that matter?
So please keep Pachislo.com in mind when you are looking for a machine.
and think about how Pachinko Palace treats their customers!
