Expert Advise needed

Is this worth getting? Its about a 20 min drive from me? If I were familiar with these machines, I would be able to judge it for myself upon viewing it, but I never saw one in real life and dont know if I would have to put lots of money into it to get it working the right way. Even though its just pics you experts would be able to make a better call on weather or not I should go for it and spend the time fixing it. The cell is better looking than most we've been seeing... I don't see any of the feared "water damage" at all.
And every one that I've gotten so far needed some "tinkering".

It looked OK to me untill you mentioned that . is there some sort of cover missing on the right side? Looks like an open Square space? What is missing from what you can tell? $35 isint much thats why I am thinking about it but as some of you mentioned there are things that could be had for that and it is Xmas time.

The only down size I can see it doesn't look a manufacture that is seen often if parts are missing then it may be difficult to refurbish. Other wise the front looks nice. Just wish there were shots of the back.

for the price it would make a nice decoration, if you had the room. I bought 2 that were advertised for parts, and was able to get both of them playable.
