How Do I Change A Light Bulb?

This is my first time posting here and I need help on how to change a light bulb on a King Camel. The bulb is on a reel and I cannot figure out how to get the bulb out. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am a newbie at Pachislos and forums and I am glad to have found this site.

Inside the reel there is a white plastic piece holding two bulbs. You have to change the white plastic piece out not just those bulbs.

most reels are held in by 2 or 4 screws or push pulls.
unplug the wire assy.
remove reel and unsrew the squarel cage (some marks for reassy.)
now you will see the light bar, check for lose bulbs

6 bulbs on each board that can be removed by 1/4 turn CCW the bulb is in a white socket holder.
reverse for assembly.

Are they special bulbs or the standard #85?

I see from the ticket info, that you've bought the machine from Stealth.
He usually includes light bulbs with his machines.
Hopefully, they are the right kind.

you had to make me look again didn't ya! HA HA
Its that easy! I have a handful of bulbs 30 or so and only have 2 sizes white small and larger black base the smaller white base are all the same and actually look like a small xmas tree bub with 2 thin wies going to the holder That I assume stay together, the black ones have push in Auto style bulbs.
I received a grab bag of goodies from Applegrove and these + 2 belly lamps are the only bulbs I have. I don't see a number on it but they are wee ones and I am getting old eyes.

Give Milt at Stealth a call, he warranties the bulbs. He'll get replacements out to you right away.

I do have some bulbs that came with the machine. No white plastic on the ends though. Are these the correct kind? As you have probably guessed, I am a female.

I don't own a King Camel but I think the lights on the reels are led's, If you are not handy or don't feel comfortable taking the reels assembly out then I would contact Milts and I'm 100% sure he will take care of you.

If you are handy and do feel comfortable disassembling the reels then I believe Radio Shack sells the led lights that you need. I'm not sure of the exact lights you need, just take them the light that doesn't work and they should be able to tell you.

These are incandescent bulbs not LEDs the bulb itself is like a christmas string light with thin wires, contact seller he should be able to send a direct no hassle bulb in a socket. If not I can send one no problem.

it sounds like you received the larger push in bulbs used for the door back light graphics. send Milt an email he will take good care of you.
