That sounds like a good time on the beach unfortunately I am banished to the shop for awhile, by choice of course. And I have a nice SL thanks to you!
I don't understand your motive for the post, but it was 100% truthful and honorable. I guess thats motive enough.
I for one am very grateful for your keen eye for the collectible machines. A profiteer would just snatch up the gems and resell for a profit. Not a bad thing on the open market, but not so good with the members.
Didn't Devon post this One? shoot can't remember. Don't matter we all share what we find, If we are not trying to bag it that is! Keep up the good work I appreciate it.

Sometimes it is hard to get a "focused" close up (i.e. the serial number). But since she seems willing to let people come see it that is a good sign.

118, would that be the lowest? I haven't checked the registry in a while.

Isn't Spin Luck suppose to "suck" anyway? At least that what was told from our new Japanese friend.

Which IMO was a good thing, the guy stole Milt's pic, claimed to work for MIlt, made reference to his legal department when asked for the serial # and finally pulled the auction (because it was a scam ) Probably saving someone's hard earned money.

It's only natural to be skeptical in todays day and age and it's not always a bad thing.

    SELLER HAS PULLED THE ITEM!!!
The seller ended this listing early because of an error in the minimum bid or reserve amount.
She'll be lookin' for big bucks now.

What are you talking about being fair and honest? That machine is worth $500 (her opening bid) Maybe $600 top end and that would have to be in pristine condition. Others have paid more but that was their choice. It's careless to drive up a price on a machine needlessly when her opening bid was fair!

What the harley sale has to do with this is completely beyond me.

It will be interesting now to see what the ad comes back to life as...

I agree, Just because I won mine for a high price doesnt mean it was really worth that much. Had I not received a Tax return (First time in my life they owed me! ) which I considered free money. I never would have gone so high.
Are we becomming the Christies and Sotheby's of the Pachislo world?
Are we to be setting the prices of Pachislos out of reach for the average
    person and ourselves?
I have a feeling that this SL will not wind up in the hands of a true enthusiast or Pachitalk member but to somone with deep pockets who wouldnt know a SL from a GEORGE K... much less a Million God

there is a Spin Luck for sale at the Red Barn flea market in Bradenton, FL. I stopped and saw Braden today and he said the seller Bill wants $650.00 for it.

all of his machines usually are in excellent condition.

He was named after a town, what strange parents he must have.
At least they could have used a state.

I have pulled the auction for the above referenced item and just wanted to let you know.

No other reason than people were being unnecessarily rude. I heard scam & hoax, one too many times.

I just did not feel like people were taking into consideration that this was the first item that I have ever listed an item and I just got a new digital camera for Christmas that I have not mastered, early Christmas present. The camera was bought for the purpose of listing things on E-Bay.
$448 later, I have not mastered it. This is all new to me, I am not trying to get anything over on anyone. What else can I say? I put pickup on the auction, I thought that was enough to make people realize that I was a serious seller. It is at my residence, sitting in the garage. I am selling it b/c my ex husband bought it for me and I did not want it in the first place. I have been asked all kinds of crazy questions such as Why am I selling it?, it belongs to me and it is my perogative. The reason for me having it and selling it is because he had bought it for me and left it for me when he moved out. It was a gift for Christmas so he wasn't going to take it back. I was asked if it were at my residence? If I did not have the thing in my possession than I would not list it on E-Bay in the first place and sure wouldn't put or imply pick up at my address. Anyway, If you are still interested and would like to see it, contact me.

I am wanting $825.00, now that I know the value. The last few sold between $750-900 and it is highly sought after, there is not another one on E-Bay and has not been for some time. It is in Excellent shape, the cabinet looks Great and it Works Great. The reels work and the coins spit out like they are suppose to. It is very colorful and the serial number that you are looking for on the machine is 000118. Also, I spoke w/ my ex-husband and confirmed what I already knew, it is the real deal! I did not think that he would buy a knock off or a crappy machine, like I said he worked for the Federal Government as a Systems Analyst and made good money and did not spare any when it came to buying toys or collectibles. We had a full size Indiana Jones pinball game and a Bay Watch full size pinball game. He liked all the toys: X-Box, Pinball games, Gas powered trucks, etc. So long and short, he did not buy cheap or crappy & would not accept cheap or crappy. He was smart enough and knowledgeable enough with computers being a Systems Analyst to do his homework before making major purchases.

There you have it, the whole story of the ex husband & the Pachislo Machine...

Wow! Low serial number. But, this auction was wrecked (imo!) by people going in and making her think it was worth a LOT more than she put it up for. Too damn bad. A PachiTalkPerson here could have had this for a reasonable price (she was NOT giving it away) and that would have been a good thing.

Perhaps, there will still be a positive ending to this. Hope so!

Great job people, you really drove this one right through the roof. She has no clue as to the value. More power to her if she can get it though.

Wow, I have to agree with Birdbrain. What are we doing? We attack these sellers unrelentlesly... for what? A Spin Luck that got horrible reviews in its mother land and wont even be of much interest here in a few years?Reminds me of the animals out shopping on Black Monday.
