I've got our turkey defrosting in the fridge since Monday. It's a 24 pounder and the tradition at our house here is that my daughter and I do all the turkey work/cooking on Thanksgiving Day to give Mom a break. We're looking forward to smelling the smells and enjoying the wonderful day of Thanks.
