Even though I have a DD, I will be doing something with this machine. I will not be keeping it. Not trying to be a hog! I do not get the best feeling about this guy. I have not paid for it yet. I have asked him if he was a member of Pachitalk, and the serial # of the machine. This is the first responce from him.

My K1 didn't have a serial number on it either, the sticker had been removed or had fallen off. I didn't care obviously but the concept is the same.

Dave at 7 mile got in some spin lucks last summer that the serial #s had been removed both frt. and back. at that time it was determined here that it was either a tax rule that was not enforced or a seizure buy the feds over there as the machines were in pristine condition.

I hear you Lazarus. I contacted him on a couple of other machines... I don't know if it was a commincation gap or what. I initially received some very competitive quotes but after several questions I have not heard back from him. Are you sure he has it in hand or is it coming over on the boat at some point? I hope things work out because he looks to have a few things I would be interested in.

Pay for it already! Paypal does give you 45 days to turn in a claim if he doesn't come through, so I think you cant get hurt. I wish I bought it, I just missed out because he claimed he didn't ship to NJ. Good Luck!

Been asking when he will ship it. This is his latest email to me. (i just called my tech guy he said. he had to replace the coin changer.the part should be here Monday. i was out of town.sorry. i will have it shipped out Monday after noon.or you can have a refund. but it is a nice machine.)
When they start saying refund then I don't like it. Probably doesn't have machine or does not want to sell it to me, even though I won the auction and am obligated to pay or get bad feed back. Will see. If comes up with another excuse than I will know. Not taking a refund!
