Pachislo Legal In NJ or Not?

I notice some people saying they cant ship to New Jersey and others are. Is there some type or conflict with NJ laws on Pachislo machines?

Not sure on that one. There was a time, a long time ago, a lawyer from NJ sent something to fleabay and every pachislo auction was pulled.

According to current NJ laws, pachslos are technically illegal because they are technically considered gambling devices, but there are plenty of NJ members who have machines. There is a flea market in Englishtown NJ where machines are sold out in the open. Most vendors will sell to NJ residents. I don't understand how our hobby threatens the stability of the NJ economy or the NJ gambling establishment, but the controversy continues. Two years ago a local store was told to cease and desist in selling the machines. He sent his inventory to his other store in Pennsylvania. Now that PA opened it's first slot parlor today, who knows what will happen now.
