As far as waranty goes, I look at it this way, 90days is enough time for me, as far as a lifetime warranty goes, Say you get a machine that comes with a lifetime warranty, 3,4,5 yrs. down the road it goes kaplooie, if you have the machine for that amount of time you must like it, right? if It can't be fixed over the phone or parts in stock, what are the chances that a vedor such as Gaku or Stealth are going to have that same machine in stock? at this point you are looking at a machine that is a total of 4-7yrs. old. Pachis are like computers. they are hot items for awhile then there are no more because newer and better pachis are available... I have a Macy Continental III that needs parts, right now both vendors we are talking about are looking for parts for it so I can get it running again.

In my opinion, both are top notch vendors who will go out of their way to take care of you! except for shipping damange, I still yet have to hear of someone needing warranty repair work done to their machine.

I have bought several machines from Gaku, the service is above and beyond and the product is top notch. I live fairly close so I pick up the machines and have seen his shop and warehouse. He has way more machines then listed on his site so call and ask, he may have it. I have not bought from Stealth but would without a moments hesitation. Both dealers are top notch.

That is a very dangerous place to visit!! I'm always told to leave my credit cards in the truck when I'm there! He has a lot more there than on his site.

Hi guys, thanks for your help. I have another question not relating to Gaku. Have you guys ever heard of Kimura Internationsl in Maryland. They also sell PACHIS.

Cherry: you need to start doing searches using the supplied button at the top of the screen. we are aware of virtually all dealers out there. the recommended ones are linked to the vendor section on this site or in the rss feeds. most other dealers (such as the one mentioned by you) were members of this site but through their own activities, criminal or otherwise, have been asked to leave or just flat out booted.
a search, using the above mentioned link, will give you a terrific amount of information without wasting your time posting extraneous threads.

of course this is just my opinion and toned way down in deference to civility

I was about to post something very similar to this.
LuckyCherry, there are numerous posts both good and bad about most all dealers out there on this site. Just put a vendor name in the search and see what is here.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

    LUCKYCHERRY...
I think your Gaku questions were answered very well here in this thread.
We've debated warranty lengths of what most here feel to be the top two dealers.
You got in touch with good dealer... and you've talked with him (for 30 minutes you say?), and have stated that you were impressed with his knowledge and conversation.
Yet... you still look for a "good" dealer???

Rather than continue here, please do a forum search for "Kimura" and any other dealer you may be considering now.

And I see I'm not the only one thinking this.

    Thanks.
