To be honest that doesn't look like a Japanese pachinko to me, but more like the version we used to have over here in the UK that we called 'allwins'. There was one called Hat Trick that I think was made by Bryans, but I can't find any pictures of it to see if it is the same one.

There's at least one manufacturer that still makes them over here, as I see them every year at the annual ATEI amusements trade show. They sell for about $500 brand new.
