Enclosed Pachislo Cabinet Question

I saw this cabinet once before on ebay and now again on a recently closed sale. Are these manufactured?
Does anyone know by who or are these just one offs made by the owners?
I would like to get one but I dont have the wood tools to make one in my apt. Would be really nice for a certain Pachislo

Nice looking cab, for sure. They say it's maple and stained maple? Sweet!

I think it would make a fitting shrine.

But where would you put the votive candles?
