Dragon Dice Not Working, Please Help!!!

Hi all!
I ve just recieved my Dragon dice. after cleaning it and making it look fantastic i turned it on.

All the lights came on, and everything looked fine until i put a coin in.
It just fell through and came out the bottom.

I checked all the conections.

all ive noticed is that on the payout display theres a "1" and inside the machine next to the hopper with the main board in a plastic case, there are 2 red LEDS lit

please help!!!!

do a major reset and set the odds. looks like the reset key may be on and it indecates your set at level 1 reset proceedure: http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2480

Yup what BB said , if you need more help setting the oddss or a manual. go to stealths web page. try it on 6 at fisrt to see the show and flashing lights, drop back to 3 or 4 once you have gotten used to it.

One more thing the dice! when i turn them on they reset but some times there not facing forward and the led is lit behind. if you turn the machine off it some times sets properly.

i have noticed scraping noises on the left hand dice looking at the machine??

you'll have to remove the cup assembly from inside. sometimes the little pin that the die pivots on breaks off during shipping. my fix has been to realign the die then put a small screw in but not so tight as to bind the die.

The pin has snapped off completly. do you have to set the dice back exactly?? or can you take it all out??

pull the die assy. remove the gear shaft so the die spins freely( the shaft just clips in)i used a small drill to predrill at the pivot point on the die then a larger drill on the mount so the screw can spin freely. reassemble then line the die up in correct position (one faceing forwards) then snap the gear shaft back into place with the tab aligned in the sensor that is mounted on the cup. this will allow the die to return to proper orientation at powerup.

All fixed used some really strong glue and it works fine. thanks for helping us out guys. will post some pics when i have a mo.
