Azteca Gold Token Problem

My Azteca Gold machine is only letting me put in 3 tokens at a time which only gives one go. Any extra tokens just come straight out. Ive checked the hopper isnt too full incase it was that stopping the machine taking any more tokens. Anyone got any ideas ???????

You have one of the older machines that allow you to play non credit mode . spin it don't put any tokens in then press the cashout button near the token slot notice the credit led will light up it is now in credit mode.
