Default What to do with a stripped pachinko cell

It's late at nite, you're cruizin' around Fleabay looking for that elusive pachi bargin.
All of a sudden you come across a couple of pachinko cells. Older models (Fever Crazy Combat & Final Battle). The video screens are gone, the electronics are gone, wires are cut, etc. These will never see balls again. Hmmmmm what can I do with something like this? Yes! We have an idea.
Below is the results of my twisted imagination at work on the Crazy Combat cell.

    Lights on.

    Lights on, no flash.

I put in a switch to turn the lights on and off. Even left the battery backup on the clock in case the power goes off.

Great! I love it. The cell seems to lie flush to the wall. Did you remove a lot of the electronics back there?

Actually it sticks out about 2 inches or so. There was pretty much nothing on the back when I got it. I stripped everything that was left, replaced all the lights with small rice lights (kinda like xmas lights but about 1/2 as long). I wanted as much of the original clock intact as possible and it sticks out the farthest.

Wow I really like that idea!

Would look super cool in a Games Room!

and just think - you are recycling and doing your bit for the environment too!!

and not to forget breathing new life into poor old unloved pachi parts!!!

I'm trying to decide on analog or digital in the Final Battle cell. I have an analog clock that will fit real nice in the center. But I'm still kickin stuff around. probabaly won't get to it till the weekend. I'll post the pics on it when it's done.
