Default Why you should buy from a reputable dealer.

    OK I know, im still a n00b.
Found a good deal on Sinbad, won the auction on the 20th, paid the 23rd.
Over 2 weeks later I got my money back... they said they didnt know how to pack and ship it and offered a refund, took me filling a Paypal complaint to get it back, so I had money held up over 2 weeks because they couldnt pack or ship it, plus the time back to my card.
I left them negative feedback since my emails went ignored... They ended up leaving me feedback and lying. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1
They said in the refund, lets just forget about the feedback.

    So live and learn.

I guess these things are bound to happen with Fleabay................

Put it down to experience and buy from someone recommended on Pachitalk,
unless it really is a bargain you don't mind taking a chance on.........

But I am careful where I buy from - I can do without the extra Stress!!!

WOW they couldn't ship? And they state these "facts" from their auction :

    Shipping And Handling
This item can be shipped to anywhere in N. America where allowed by law. Shipping will be determined by location
Also they answered someones question with this: ::

If the law allows, I can ship anywhere
    Unbelievable.

I wonder if they got a better offer? It might be a good idea to watch them for awhile to see if they relist it.

They really should have more than just a bad feedback come to them if they couldn't deliver. Do you have proof from them that they said they couldn't deliver?

Did you place a complaint with Ebay?

If they could ship it, why would they offer a refund in the first place?

That's the problem with fleabay to be sure. The fleabay powers in charge won't remove their neg even though it's not a warranted neg. I hate fleabay.

It looks like they swiped the video too and maybe the ad info!!!!!!

It's always best to buy from a regular pachislo or pachinko dealer.

Do I have proof of them saying they couldnt deliver: Here is the email:

"Hi, I am not having much luck with secure packaging and a shipping methode for you machine.
I would like to offer you a full refund for your machine.

    BobNDebs"

My response back to them was:

A very large sturdy cardboard box, and an assload of bubblewrap and foam. I am not happy, you should of thought about it before putting it up for auction. It will take days to credit back to my debit card.. Even after I won the auction it should of been packed before I even paid, as for shipping method, UPS, I own 7 pachinko machines, and 2 other pachislo machines, even ones purchased from Canada 89lbs, shipping was $85.
But I would rather have a refund then risk damage.

That was the last I heard that was like 8 days ago. Knowing they couldnt pack it or ship it, a refund should of been immediate. Karma will get them in the end.

Edit: they charged me $110 for shipping.... I emailed them before end of auction asking what shipping would be, got no response, but bid anyway figuring it would be fair.... For that price they could of taken it to a place that does packing and shipping.

I hope they get anal warts.

Man, that is just pitiful. And $110 for shipping? What about import fees?

That rough, Ebay is people selling their junk to other people, I can see someone doing that. Sell something, then can't figure out how to ship it.

    I ocassionally sell on E-bay!

But I certainly wouldn't dream of selling anyone anything that I personally would not be over the moon with and that goes for the Packaging and Fast Delivery too!!!

    Indeed...
I wouldn't have considered this a "reputable dealer" at all.
Perhaps you meant why you SHOULD buy from a reputable dealer?

Bad feedbacks happen, I use to run an ebay business, but swore off ebay, when their added extra$ selling manager pro software put many paid and ready to ship items to paid and shipped, ebay knew it was a bug, did nothing to warn sellers, and alot of us lost our businesses from it. But I went back to the evil ebay for the pachinkos and some rare punk records and other useless ****. I was really hoping Google would put ebay at a run for their money... Google not running an auction site is the only thing that bothers me about them, smart company, but not competing with ebay isnt good.
Anyways, bad feedbacks happen, some people are just crazy out there, or give bad feedback for no reason, i have had bad feedbacks and that is usually the first time I reasised there is a problem with the package somewhere... and they were far and few... But anyway, last time I buy an 89lb items from someone not in the market for doing that kind of business.
