THX LD I put several trays of balls into all pockets! the center one is a paw print.
    doggy style.
the 'manual' that came with it said a ball in pocket B after ball in pocket A is bonus. I tried em all.

they may be referring to the trap door as pocket b,

on my magicial lamp i have to get the ball in a side pocket with flippers within 3 seconds of hitting the fever round in the center or I lose the fever.

Then you were never in a fever.
It's the center (paw print) that "spins" the symbols, right?
When 3 match, you're off on a fever.

Now, for some reason, I think you'd like to tinker with this, instead of just dropping balls. (Since you ain't shootin' them).
You just seem like a tinkerin' kind of guy.

You wanna see it spin and spin and spin (and spin some more) right?
Then hit a fever to experience the thrill.

Well, I can help you out with the spins... but once it gets there, you better fire balls into the trap (or drop them, I suppose... but that would be no fun).

Hokay... find the connector to that "paw print" sensor. Unplug it (while it's on). Does that spin the LCD symbols? Plug it back in... and pull it back off. Spinning again??? For many machines, this simulates a ball through the start gate.

If so, grab a PBNC switch, and read this thread: Fooling Sensors

Install the mod, and watch the pretty lights.

You know that I like ta push da buttons! gimme more! thanks !
update: I have been threatening this but now made one.
I made a stand Friday night - Saturday morning and now we enjoy putting thousands of balls through the machine. My wife likes it it keeps her busy loading, pushing the PUSH button, moving balls to shooter tray, moving more balls to the shooterr tray. I can see how fun these machines are if they actually payed out they would be even better!
Now the sound is not ratteling our eardrums and no more reach around it really is addicting!
I would like to give thanks to all posters who inspired and engouraged me directly or just posting the cool things possible with this hobby.
This is a 'beta' test my next one will be nicer. This works great, even with the cardboard chute!

This is a no surgury required semi cyclic mod. sort of. I added a box under the existing feet. Next one I can incorporate the feet with the box and have a cleaner look.
this was made from scrap 3/4" maple plywood and 1/4" luan bottom. the sound deadener is piece of anti fatigue matt I had on the floor. It was the wife's idea to cutout the 'smile' on the front.

I added the NC switch, really easy mod and mounted in the wood frame near the back, Radio shack 4 pack micro push button. Not too obvious. I presed it as couple of times it works as expected. My wife calls it a cheater button. I call it a demo button.
several more hours of play and still no fever. i will try again Friday for the fever.
    Thanks LP for the info.

She didn't even go in the game room last night, She is afraid of not being able to stop I think!
This is like crack (never tried crack so ?)
IT IS HIPNOTIZEING, ADDICTING. I feel like a pachi zombie , a part of the machine. I played until I was over tired myself.
Dang all of you ! I have been cursed, and turnrd into a pachinko zombie!!! my wife too,!
If I turn into a hollow skeleton from lack of eating and sleeping I will be annoyed at all of you for exposing us to the dark side.

    HA Ha!
    Ok NOT!
I could use to drop a few pounds, but converting the weight room into a pachi parlor does not actually help matters.

I posted some info in another thread.I was granted 3 dalmations by the big dog king? It went crazy then.
I took a few minutes of video with the digital camera, No idea how it came out. I missed a few spins shooting it.
The machine is freaking amazing! a woman starts singing the 'theme song' with better orchestration, it sounds great, I had a hard time keeping the ball tray on top full and the lower trays empty. I found out that I need to stick a removable ball tray in the bottom to help recycle balls into the top hopper. that makes 2 things I need at the dollar store today. If I get a youtube account and get video uploaded I will post notice!
