Rocky Pachinko Error Code 5

Hi, I am a newby here, but not new to Pachinko. I have been collecting for years. I own 16 Vintage Pachinko's and just recently I purchased 3 new Modern Pachinko's. I was playing Rocky and was going through a fever when all of the sudden I was running out of balls because it stopped paying off. There are balls all of the way to the payout motor, but the red light on the front of the machine is on as if there are no balls in the machine. Payoff stopped and there is an ERROR 5. I tried resetting, in which it did, and emptied all of the balls twice. Still no luck. I am going to try and turn it upside down and see what happens. Please help!

hmmm sounds like a ball jam in the ball track from the hopper to the motor pull it off and take a look

Have you emptied both trays at the front where the balls collect (the top tray & the overflow tray). I think error 5 might be when the bottom tray (overflowtray) is full it stops paying out anymore balls until it is emptied. I have a Rocky machine, so when I get home tonight I will see if I can force it in to a code 5 & let you know the outcome.
