I got a Rocky pachinko from the same vendor and it was the same color as listed in the auction. It was clean, not as clean as an Arby special, but it was not dirty in the least. It did come with a somewhat short power cord, but it came with a Power Volt transformer, the same brand Arby uses. Unfortunately, it is a 5 amp model, not the preferred 6 amp. There was no manual, but it did come with a key, 500 balls, and a Japanese ball tray. I emailed the vendor and suggested that they include a manual with each machine sold. They thanked me for the suggestion and said they were still learning. I would give them a chance to correct the problem and ask them to ship you the pachinko in the color and condition you expected. You can then replace the power cord with a heavy duty three prong cord.

Actually, one is to eject the card from the card reader, the other is to get credits off the card. The attendant call is on the battle counter.
Although, the parlors are going to more of a cash thing now, cards are too easy to fake (although I'm having enough trouble doing it!), so one of the buttons may be for something else now.

Sucks when the things broken... The inner glass on my Top Gun came today in many pieces... Luckily I was able to use the one from Magic Lamp, so its playable tonight, I emailed the vendor to let them know, so hopefully I get a replacement.
UPS seriously has their heads up their butt, my Yellow Cab looked like it was thrown from the plane the transformer was disconnected only.... why dont these vendors mount them? they just leave them hanging.

Ok, now onto the red and yellow cases....I like those cases, and I hate to see other pachitalk members in distress, so anyone with a batman, thundrzone etc. in one of those cases, I will be glad to take it off your hands and give it a very good home!

As for the instruction manual, about half of mine haven't come with manuals and unless you get one from arby, they are usually so generic they just don't seem to be much help....Your best bet for learning about your first pachnko is the Tips - Tricks - Frequently Asked Questions - Pachinko section right here on PT.

And power cords....mine seem to range from about 6 inches to 4 feet.

I HATE THIS CASE!!!!!! is there any way to get a silver case if Pachinko doesnt have one? Can the cells be just swapped out?

If all else fails, you can get some silver paint for plastic and paint it yourself. Then it would look more like a beautiful Thunderzone case...sort of.
