Just got my Indy machine. How the heck do you turn down the volume? It's deafening right now...

Does anyone has a translated version of the manual? My machine came with no manual.

Temporarily you can use cotton balls in front of the speakers while you wait to get the volume controls installed. It's your only hope unless your deaf.

English manuals... The Japanese manufacturers make these machines for the parlors. We are the after-market the manufacturers see no money from. There are no English manuals.

Look up any Sankyo lumina frame and the slide swithc is on the back.
In middle left resessed and is a three position slide switch.

All my machines I ship go with a full manual, I would let your vendor know that that is not accepable from them.

I just use the packing foam that ships with it in between the speakers of that one and Star Wars.

There is an Arby machine. Arby thinks of everything including a special manual for all his machines. But this is a very special animal. Not found just anywhere.

Speaking of winter, we had an early freeze last night... got down to 30 degrees here and 28 degrees in surrounding areas. Winter is just around the corner.

The good think about winter is I do get to enjoy the machines more. In the summer too much else is going on. I sorta save the extra play time for the cold months.

It's loads of fun - if only I can find a way to lower the volume. The animated Indy characters are very well done and I love when the mine car with Indy jumps out from the right hand side of the machine.

Anyone willing to share a scanned version of the manual? My seller says he never receives them with the machines when he imports them. I'd like to have it in case I ever need to have it looked at for repairs.

unfortunatly these machines dont come with a manual full stop unless your seller is good enough to make up a players manual ie were balls go where volume controle is ect

Most of the manuals provided by the better sellers are ones that they have taken the time to write themselves, as all of the original documentation is in Japanese.

I have a scan of the manual for the Lumina frame (which IJ uses), which I've been working my way through translating for the past few weeks.It's a slow process as I've only just started learning Japanese, but I'm now about 3/4 of the way through it. I'll post in the techincal forum once it's done and available for download.
