    By the way the translation by google doesn't work on the popups for some reason?

    I remembered the google translator difficulties with pop-ups and went back in to edit my post but then "Pachitalk" froze up for a number of minutes. When I was able to get back on you had already added your links and I forgot to edit mine.

    What is the answer then for translating popups(I have even tried cut and pasting and it doesn't translate because the words are jpgs or gifs etc) besides using a human translator? It seems more and more Japanese sites are using the popups .

    I find that most pop-ups are graphics anyways and not text, and therefore can't be translated. If there is text, I copy that into a text translator like google and go from there.
    If you haven't grown up by age 50 ... you don't have to!
