There are two slots for glass in those doors. One closer to the nails is the slot you want to use. I use lexan in that one and regular glass in the outside one. The lexan is quieter when the balls bounce off of it.

This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

Exactly what I used, actually 2 sheets of lexan front and back. I had a stightly thinner one against the pins and would get a ball hangup on occasion and it was a bit loose because my double sided sticky tape came off when I pulled up the pane of plastic. the outside slot has tabs that can be bent in to compesnsate for thinner material.

This is fascinating, because I think these are the same EXACT problems I'm having...I know Brandon's machine is very close to the one I have, but I still need to post pictures and such so we can be sure.

But otherwise it's the same! I know I'm having a problem with that mechanism, I have yet to see a regular payout happen, and if I put too many balls in the hopper it goes nuts and won't stop spitting them out.

Wow. I still have to give the thing a proper cleaning, so we'll see what happens after that and after I get some pics up so we can positively ID this thing...
