Digi Flush Bellco Question

I just purchased a Digi Flush - Bellco and need to know what the dart board numbers mean. Ever time I hit three digi flush in a row - no coins or credits are awarded - but the dart board numbers get registered with no payouts.

What does this mean and how does this somehow work out ?
