Need help with Taiyo machine

I just got this machine at a garage sale and it powers up, but I do not know how it functions. Can anyone provide me with some help or docs or where to get docs. I cannot understand any of the internal keys or switches since they are in Japanese. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am very excited about it It is the following model:

There is also a switch on the top of this box (with the switches on the front that makes the hopper start spinning, but it just keeps spinning when the switch is on.

The machine needed to be reset
but a question which was not answered in that section,
When I turn the rocker switch on the top of the power supply box (the one with the odds set key and switches), the hopper just spins continuously spitting out coins.What does that mean?
Everything else seems to work ok

That is normal, That's incase you want to empty the hopper of the tokens. By the way I like the theme of the machine. What did it cost ya? (if you dont mind)

If I'm not mistaken, which I may very well be, that should be the odds set key.

Turn the power switch off, turn the key to "on." If you don't see a small LED with a white push button just below the reel window with a number (usually "1") displayed, check one of the LEDs on the front of the door.

The small push button below and slightly to the left of the key on the power supply and see if the LED in front changes (or the small one under the window inside). Set it to whatever odds you wish, 1 - 6, with 1 being the toughest. I normally set mine to 3 or 4, gives more variety.

Once you set it to the number you want, hold down the spin knob for about 5 seconds, the turn the key back to "off," close the door and start playing.

OK now I know how to set the odds then reset the machine. It appears to be working, thanks for everyones help.
If I turn the key on the push the small pushbutton, it changes the number on the front from 1 to 6 incrementally, then I reset the machine and it works. So If I understand correctly, that other rocker switch on top of that box with the key and odds setting bushbutton is only for emptying the hopper? and normally that switch is off.
So is the hopper only used for big payoffs? Is that the only time it will run?
Anybody know what those other smallslider switches are bellow the odds setting key?
On the front (playside) there is a button that says cancel,what does it do?
Is there anywhere to find english documentation for this?

Oh yeah, I got it at a garage sale for only $15, can you believe that? I was so excited.
There was no key, but the lock is very simple to get into. It seems to work ok on quarters (I do not have tokens)

the smaller switches are for 1. requiring a manual reset after a big bonus round the other is for 2. dumping the remainder of the credits (in tokens) to the tray after the big bonus .both are usually turned off .As for the hopper it will dispense any payout above the 50 token bank amount or if you press and hold the cash out button on the front door for about 7 seconds or so it will run in cash mode and only accept 3 tokens at a time and payout via hopper for all winning combinations.

where do you live ? running on quarters is illegal in many states and could land you in a very large amount of trouble but running on tokens in many states makes it OK to have the machine also some states like California don't allow ownership of pachislo machines at all.....

Ok thank you for the info. I live in Ohio and I am only going to use it for my personal entertainment, so I am not too worried about the police knocking on the door.
I do not see a cash out button on the front. There is a red button directly above the pull handle. It seems to make it bet 3 credits, is this also the cash out?? There is a cancel button on the top at the far right. What does it do. If I press it when the machine is idle the credit display shows 2 horizontal bars then if I press it again it shows zero. Is this switching from cash to credit?
Do you happen to know if up is off or on for the 2 small buttons?
