Default Pachinko is a good Vendor!

I had discovered that I was missing the odds change switch key from the Paylot that I just won from Pachinko on ebay. As per a members recommendation I contacted them ( I used the ebay.. contact seller) I simply explained that the key was not with the machine and if they had left it there send it or see what they can do. About 2 hrs later I got a call from Lila? I didnt know a Lila turns out it was Pachinko calling, She told me she just read my message and wanted to help in any way
she put a tech on the phone but he nor anyone in the new Co. knew of the key or that the machine can have its odds changed like a Pachislo. Once they discovered this through my info they began to check the other Paylots
(Thats right they have more!!!!!!) and looked to see if they had the keys in them but they did not have them either. they said they would call me tomorrow and try to fix the problem and let me say they were really apologetic and you could hear in all of their voices they were really concerned and wanted to do right. Even if they cant get a key I really appreciate that kind of service and effort. they are a new vendor and I can see that they really want to do right by their customers.Lots of vendors never respond to emails much less CALL back to emails! I didnt ask them to call me . They have more Paylots go for it keys or not. Everyone we have another good vendor!!!!

Panchinko and Samuraislots are the same.

And yes, they had a few PALOTs.

I will.... It was ArbyCoffee who has been very helpful with my paylot questions. Wasnt sure if he wanted his name posted or not but he deserves the credit.

At least you have streets there, I actually saw them!

That's more than I can say for this one-mule town. There is a story there that I may post soon.

Can you believe it . I just got a message on my cell phone from Pachinko and they said that they are sending me a reset key for the Paylot! They must have worked all week to come up with one then to call me and send me an ebay mail to inform me that it was in the mail! That is what I call service and one hell of a good vendor!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAA all the way.

Just a quick follow up seeing that another thread has been posted on Pachinko!

I just received a Paylot reset key from them along with a letter of apology. I have received both emails and ebay messages plus phone calls from them trying to set things right. I had only sent them one inquiry to the key! Thats what I call a very trustworthy vendor. I really feel that I can recommend them to anyone.

I had a number of issues when my Palot first arrived. Mostly minor things like a number of burnt out lights on the reels and case, missing odds setting key, and a couple of cracked ball trays. Lila and their tech were at all times very accessible, helpful and very anxious to please. The parts were sent out to me as soon as they were available.

The bottom line is that they were learning as they were going along and always did the right thing. I'll buy from them (Panchinko/Samuraislot/CF Exports) again without reservation or hesitation. They are good people!

PS This Palot is a special machine that has won it's way into my heart. If you work a little harder towards something, the appreciation is magnified manyfold.
