I use this on XP machines real easy just right click on the file and select how big, 1000 x1200 is max size you can post, so the 800 x 600 works good.

You are welcome! I meant to post this soon after switching to the wife's camera, it takes good but huge pictures, even on the lowest setting. so I have to resize all my Photo posts now
Yes they are good to have, free also, and easy to use. Lazy as I am Rclick and resize, don't even have to put down the coffee.

Hey it worked thanks Mike. Easy program!
Well any way I just went and got some heavy duty brackets and I had some shelving from an old entertainment center I had and it turned out great the stools slide right under to save space.

Oh also to help lessen the load the machines are screwed into the wall. This also keeps them from tipping. I open them all the time with tokens in the trays and have no worries.
These brackets will hold a lot of weight If you get the big ones. Total cost for each machine about 10 bucks. And what a space saver!

You made sheves, AND srewed machines to the wall. Arent you Mr. Safty, I bet you wear suspenders and a belt! Hey just joking around, great idea, saves room, material, and your head. ScoobyD should have thought of this a long time ago.

Well the tipping factor kind of scared me. Better be safe than sorry. And I'm limited with space so it kind of made sense to do it this way and the look is less cluttered, And the big thing was CHEAP,CHEAP,CHEAP!

I'm telling you guys. If you want a cheap stand buy a Target bookself for $29 and turn it on it's side. Perfect for 2 machines. It holds + 200lb perfectly. It may only be 25 inches high but with the $8 target ministools it's a perfect fit. So you are looking at about $15 bucks a machine. Also the shelves make good horizontal storage areas for tokens or manuels. If you hate the look put a tablecloth over them. Save the money for machines.

Interesting, and innovative use of resources.
I made one double stand put casters on it so we can move it out. I threw a board and casters on a 3 unit overhead cabinet that I pulled out of my dumpster after replacing a customers laundry room cabinets, looks good except I put it together upside down!! I then put a 3/4" plywood shelf over milk crates, Initially used 1 layer of crates but it was way too low. 2 gives a better height.
this weekend I had another dumpster diveing find, The same customer threw out a desk +return. the return is 30" high x 18 deep x 5' long, a perfect pachi stand! Could get 3 on this sucker and I grabbed it BEFORE it went into the dumpster, it is in good shape still. it is a good thing the Steelcase furniture weighs so much they could not get it in the dumpster without my help. :biggthump
so the milk crates are gonna be history and another stand is on its way in.
I stopped by a friends house on the way home and he donated this cool black laminate to the project, it is black with a metalic silver birds eye look, It almost is too cool to use but what the heck it will make a great looking Pachi counter top! Ugh I hate doing laminate!

I found a few of my pachi stands sitting on the curb on trash day at my mobile home park.

some minor changes and a little paint did wonders.

Use what you can. Recycling is cool. The wood for the stand I made is leftovers from other jobs, = free. Only had to buy new castors.

Ok today I narrowed the legs and assembled the free stand, it was a desk return, it only had legs on one end as it bolted to the desk, so i took the legs off the desk and narrowed them for the stand, I hate cutting metal. It has drawers and a cool roll up door, when open the bottom is a nice foot rest height. It had an odd vacant spot where it bolted to the desk but my speaker slip in perfectly! Two birds one rock!
    FYI:
no animals were hurt getting those antlers, they are 'drops' deer naturaly shed them after the rut is over I happened to find them before they were eaten.

I cant beleive how much life people waste looking for Pachi cabinets. By the time you`ve searched every store in town you could have made your own and for peanuts in monetary terms. I like Slotthappys new stand looks quality, a little bit of sweat n effort goes a long way in the satisfaction stakes. I think too many Pachi owners are techno heads we need more New Yankee Workshoppers on the site to start a revolution in the build your own pachi stand area. Theres got to be a good buisness opportunity for any budding young carpenters out there PS, I like the tech heads cos I`m crap with machines but good with wood!!!

Well time shopping for pachi -anything is time well spent to us addicts.
I actually shopped around, we hit some cheaper places to see it it would be easier and cheaper to buy premade stands. I ended up pulling a few ideas and was convinced I could rummage through the scrap wood bin and make a stand quick. last one was 2x4's a shelf and a piece of 3/4 plywood. took 2 hours to make and stain.

I believe the make your own stand/cabinet numbers are growing, especially the recycle something free movement. Newer members (and existing with new ideas as well) share your ideas on how to support your machines.

I found some trays to use for the return of balls to the front,

I finally went looking for my saw and level and found them

Next stop is the lumber company for some wood

My woodworking skills are very limited, but I think I came up with an idea I can handle

I threw in tall feet and a paint roller tray with my last machine(only) that I sold. Instant semi- mod.
