Speed Racer - Day off, pay off

Well, my day off has really payed off with a "buy it now" of Speed Racer for $79.99 (plus shipping) from Canada Slot. It had been listed for less than an hour and if I would have gone to work, I'm sure I would have missed out on the "buy it now". I've been watching this for a while and finally got a good price. This will be my first Pachislo, so I'm excited

It was really a toss up for me between Speed and Sinbad Adventure. I liked both a lot and couldn't decide which way to go. I really wanted Speed for the nostalgia, you know, remembering my childhood I think the Sindbad would have been a more fun machine, but theme definately won out for me.

Can't wait to get it. Also left a message with Canada Slot to see what some extra tokens would cost if added to the order since the 250 they send aren't going to be enough. I'll keep you posted on the quality upon delivery.

Congratulations! Speed racer looks fun. Go with atleast 500 tokens, 1000 is a better number, to keep the flow going better.

i wouldn't spend much time worrying if you bought the wrong one . you'll most likely have the other also in about 60 days or less .......as for token you'll need at least 800 ( 1 good bonus round will chew that many )but 1000 would be better ....

Congrats on the new speed racer. I loved mine. Not sure why, but it was one of my favorites (love the theme). Unfortunately so did my friends. So much that I just gave it away to him and his wife for their birthdays. Now I am looking for another to replace it with.
