chris at DGI was quick to answer emails and all my questions
shipping was same day as payment and a tracking number was provided
the same day it shipped
machine traveled over 2000 miles and no damage that i can find anywhere
it is very clean and in excellent shape and appears new, also the balls it came with appear new too
my overall rating for DGI (pachislot777 on ebay) is a 10 on a scale of 1-10
i would buy from them again
