    Default Holy Keys

What is the deal with packinko keys? Most, if not all, do not have a hole in them to put on a key ring. The only keys I've seen with a hole in them were from SlotUSA and it looks like they drilled a hole in them for a key ring. How do they service packinkos in parlors if you can't put the keys on a ring? The service guys in American arcades always have a big key ring with all of the machine keys. No hole equals easy to lose keys, in my opinion.

Because that one key is vary valuable in the parlors and if you as an employee are given that responsibility to have one you had better be able to produce that key and know that it is in your hand at ALL TIMES! Not hanging from a key ring that someone can lift off you or you can loose.

Or perhaps the key is not considered valuable at all other than to access the machine for maintenance. I suspect the key to the ball rental machine where the money is kept will be the one with a hole in it.

If the key is so valuable, then how come the parlors have holes in the pachislos keys? All pachislo keys have holes for key rings. Strange.

If a pachinko key is a key to Heaven's gate, what are the keys to the pachislos?

Pachislo master door keys tend to be specific to each manufacturer. To my knowledge, there is no "one key opens all" in pachislo.

So in a parlor with both pachinkos and pachislos, the operator has a big key ring with keys for each pachislo company, and a single key which he can't put on the ring for the pachinkos. This thread is leading me to the conclusion that the parlors don't care if you take their tokens, just don't mess with their balls.

Actually the answer is no . most parlors replace the locks on their pachislos with their lock so someone cant come in off the street with a key and open a machine .then when they get rid of em they change them back or just take their lock out and the vendor selling the machine has to put in a new lock .

The restroom key for Jerry's garage in my old home town was attached to a small hub cap! could not walk off with it in your pocket.

At my old store we had the restroom key on a big metal spoon!!!

People would ask to use the restroom and we would hand them the spoon!!!!!!
