Default Newbee w/ Neo Magic Pulsar Problem

Hello everyone. I'm having a problem with a Neo Magic Pulsar that I just purchased. I turn on the machine and it seems to be stuck in the reset mode. I get no sound only the number 6 on the read out. I tried to reset the machine per the instructions but it does nothing. I can change the number on the readout by pressing the odds button, that's why I think it might be stuck in reset mode.
I tried all of the cables and they seem to be seated fine. Thanks for your help.

The machine is stuck in reset/odd setting mode, put key switch off, hold the spin handle down 10 seconds or less, then maybe it will switch back over , my neo planett gets funny like this I have to do this twice at times.

That sounds like a good start, slot happy.

TheGerm, if that doesn't do the trick, let us know.

Temporarily, go to youtube.com and search for BudgeRahe for videos. Until I get the links set up in the museum

I tried what you (SlotHappy144) said to do with the power on and the power off both with the key in the off position but it did not fix the problem. Is it posible that the switch on the power supply is stuck in the on position? Thanks for your help.

Another weird problem that I have is that when I push the hopper button to cylcle the tokens nothing comes out? Should coins come out somewhere?

Sorry for the first reply, bad memory.. according to the manual: "use the reset button on the back of the door to set the odds, press down on the spin knob, turn the Key Switch or toggle to the off position and the machine will be ready to play"
Did you machine come with a generic manual?
I know this is a Yamasa, pretty sure it is a "type-c" according to the book.
"Another weird problem that I have is that when I push the hopper button to cylcle the tokens nothing comes out? Should coins come out somewhere?"

nope! the hopper button it doesnt spit out coins I think it cycles backwards, mine just makes nice coin noise. loads the spinner for a payout.
the change odds buttton on the door is also the reset/clear error button, if you run out of tokens, refil hopper and press button , get ready to get a few tokens spit out at you if you do this. you can continue the bonus round without a full reset.
When I first turned on my Neo Planett it seemed stuck also, took a few go rounds with the instructions to get it right.

My first reply was from my poor memory this is quoted from the book.

    I just checked on a NEO-PlanetT..same chassis..
Play with the key switch, try flicking it back and forth. My Yamasa comes out of the odds setting mode very quickly. When it does, you will hear the coil in the coin slot energize with a fairly audible "Click".
If this doesnt work, suspect the switch itself. Also check the connectors on the Power Supply housing itself as it has to send the switch signal to the board above the reels. There is a LED that lights in the lower left corner of that board when the switch is "ON".
Let us know what you find

I actually figured out what it was. The Spin Knob was unplugged on the back of it. It took me a little while to find it but I got it plugged back in and the machine fired right up. Thanks for everyone's help.

Congrats on the new machine and glad you were able to get it running, nice job on discovering the spin knob fix.
