SpinLuck Reel noise

The Right reel has just started making noise and its loud. the other two reels are extremely quiet almost noiseless. Is this the sign of the reel going out? Can it be lubed? Are all IGT reels interchangeable so that I may get another? I doubt that there are too many SL reels floating around. Anyone have this problem with IGT reels in particular and if so what was your solution thx. Is this a TJ and Sid jinx??????????????

Oh man Eddie, I hate to hear this!! Lets just hope it's something simple and can be fixed quickly. I want to, and WILL win this contest, but to see a man with a broken, or messed up Spin Luck, that is just wrong!!!

Eddie, sorry to hear of this right reel noise. Personally, I have never heard of a machine doing this, and have no idea of the cause, or remedy. Wish I could help you.

If I remember correctly Arbycoffee started a reel cleaning thread, but it's been awhile back. I would not recommend just any oil. I believe there is a special cleaner/lube for parts like stepper motors. Just a FYI my Spin Luck has always had some reel hum. Anyone feel free to chime in if you know the thread I am talking about.
