Dekainca Payout question ?

Hi,

I noticed the Dekainca machine has 2 payout mechs, however, only the left one of mine seems to be working.... ? ...... yet it still seems to payout the right number of balls ?

Are they both supposed to work at the same time ? Can anyone with a mchine check theirs ?

I have the same issue, mine doesn't appear to be used either (except that I have taken it apart and it does seem to load up but it's hard to tell). I'm pretty sure the other Decainca owner Lddrizzt reported the same thing.

Yep, the ones here do the same thing. We think that it's for backup or if it gets behind then the other one might kick in. We have seen it's ball count go down only twice, but don't know when it happens.

Cool..... you know what its like - if you don't se it working, first thing to do is strip it down and check...... he he.....

It IS hugely different than any other machine, isn't it. It seems to be the most solidly built of all my machines. I kinda like the back on it too. Only bad thing about that back tho is picking it up is difficult with no place on the frame to really wrap your fingers around like an open back machine.
I loved tinkering with it and figuring out how to make it semicyclic.

The one thing that I hated about it was that it came with no key and I had to stick my fat fingers into those small square holes to undo the latches to the front. And that you had to open the whole front to get to the latches for just the glass.
After some consulting and pic swapping with Arby we figured out that the factory lock cylinders and keys that he sells fit perfectly and now I can open it easily by turning the key right for door and left for glass. Much nicer this way.

First thing I did was a lock swap too.......

had 2 fevers now, but no bonus rounds after either..... wonmder if the "eye" is out ?

I've had the eye light for a big win followed by an increased chance of winning through multiple Tulip openings. It will happen. As will different sequences of the winning LED lights dancing.

Thats why having so many machines is essential by playing each one little bit it always seems like you are seeing something new...

I agree on the DI machine.....there are reaches and notices which I have only seen once so far, so without bonus reounds, I am sure there is much more to be uncovered........BTW mines an NK3 machine also.....
