Fever Neo Queen

I just got a Fever Neo Queen and I have a Fever the King and Top Gun on the way. However, the Fever Queen is driving me crazy! The 4 rollers that guide balls to the start guide make a terrible grinding noise during the attraction mode. Is that normal? Should the rollers make any sound as they revolve? I tried taking the make apart to get to the roller motor without success. How do I service this problem? Thanks to all.

P.S., the Fever the King is coming from Arby. I know it won't have this problem.

If there is a motor activating them it may be a common thing, My Bunny Girl has 2 revolving wheels that make a intermittant grinding noise when in the attract mode.

Its so noisy in the palours, so, I guess the manufacters don't worry about it making a little noise.
