My unfinished cabinet arrived today from cabinets.net... Its a nice cabinet, just a shame they can't be more responsive to the customer.

I really need to start reading Pachitalk before buying anything. I ordered a cabinet from a seller on Ebay who appears to be the same vendor on this thread.

The auction ended five days ago and I have heard nothing from the seller. I have sent two messages and still no reply.

The auction listed the lead time as three days after payment. I made payment auction immediatley at the close of the auction.

Has anyone ordered from this Seller recently? Does anyone have contact information for "Brenda"?

Here is the most recent thread. It appears that DrDark has had very positive experiences with them. Don't fret, I'm sure you will get your cabinets but perhaps it will take a bit longer than expected. Hopefully that works for you.

I purchased all five table model cabinets listed last week and payed immediately. I haven't heard the first thing since then and am hoping there is strength in numbers when it comes to PT members! At this point it wouldn't be fair to assume anything is wrong with my order but I just finished sending an Email for some response from the seller. Needless to say I will keep everyone informed as to how my order is handled and will look forward to leaving Positive feedback for this seller!

Well I'm happy to report I rec'd an answer to my Email within the first two hours from Brenda. She updated the progress of my cabinets and says they should be ready to ship in the next few days. I will receive tracking information from UPS concerning the order then. So far so good...I will keep in touch!

I spoke to Brenda on the phone this evening. Very nice lady. She said she had run out of packing material, but would be sending out my cabinet no later than tomorrow.

Hopefully I'll have good news to report.soon!

Well my new cabinet finally arrived today. It looks nice but UPS did a number on it. The corners joints are all busted out.

all packages are insured for up to 100.00 thru UPS, contact the seller.

Oh...sorry Is it something you can fix or will you have to return them?

I think it could probably be salvaged by someone with woodworking equipment and skills.

Unfortunatley I have neither!


By the time it was shipped back to Nevada and returned it would probably be cheaper to build a new one.

Well I don't mind saying that I have some real serious concerns cause my five units are 60 miles away and going to be delivered tomorrow. I know everyone has their favorite shippers and UPS isn't one of mine. Please keep your fingers crossed cause I got a feeling I need all the luck I can get right now!

Thanks Mopar !!! I think your finger crossing brought me some luck. My order came through in two boxes and was packed very well. Each cabinet was disassembled for shipping (I think that really helped). I won't really know the whole outcome until I get them all assembled but for now I'm happy with the workmanship and sanding on all the pieces. The boxes were heavy enough that they weren't being thrown around at UPS that easily. Merry Christmas to everyone and drive safely...we have a blizzard roaring through here for the next 24 to 48 hours.

Congrats Tekken on your cabinets. Hope to see pics on them soon. I plan on making my own so if there is any delay or damage then it's all on me.

Been looking on the cabinets thread section and getting ideas on what I want to make. I live in an apartment so it needs to be upright standing on the floor. Can't wait.

Can't wait to see your awesome pachi's in your cool cabinets.

Oh, and p.s. Yeah, we got hit straight on with that blizzard here in Oklahoma. Worst one ever here.
