Well UPS came and got the busted up cabinet from the seller in NV. The seller refunded my money in full through Paypal after they got it back from UPS.

So I guess all's well that ends well, but my pachis are still naked.

Some things to note about the cabinet. The wood was sanded smooth and ready to finish. It was constructed of plywood (not solid oak) with solid wood trim that hides the end of the plywood. The construction is stapled together, not screws or dado joints. The staple holes are filled with wood filler so they don't stand out.

I guess for the money it is a decent cabinet.

I think I'll end up trying to build my own. Plenty of great ideas on this site.
