Got My Pachinko Cabinets.NET

So today I finally received my (3) pachinko cabinets from www.pachinkocabinets.net after waiting almost a month to find that they are TOTAL RUBBISH!

I cannot believe how taken I have been from these people!

All three cabinets were ordered exactly the same, all painted black - no holes on the sides as I have keys to my machines - with painted legs.

What I received were completely unsanded half-ass painted cabinets of which you could actually see the bare wood right through the paint. On top of that they had engrained dust particles in them; as if they were left out in the desert with wet paint for a few hours during a sandstorm - no exaggeration! In addition they all had the side holes on them which I had asked them to not include.

The packing looked great from the outside but when I opened the boxes the legs sets had been left loose in each box totally scratching the already messed up cabinets even more (just like a clothes dryer effect. In addition, one of the cabinets was put together by someone who missed the actual framing of the wood - so there were bare nails just sticking out in the open.

What a complete shame and SHAM! I expected so very much more from these purveyor's of cabinets.

It's no use trying to email them because they don't EVER respond. But I got tricky and looked up their WHOIS information on their website and was able to get their real names & telephone number in case anyone needs to get a hold of them like myself. Feel free to email me if you need their contact information.

So today I spent re-sanding already painted wood and prepping them for re-painting etc. etc. etc. until I'm blue in the face.

I guess I'll either have to contact them and have a long argument for a refund or just dispute these guys charges with my credit card company - I haven't decided which to do as of yet.

Good luck to anyone else who orders from them - as they may have created beauty in the past but they are making total garbage at this point in time.

Could you please post pictures of what they looked like when you received them?

This is not a good time for a vendor to be messing up - especially with a pachitalk.com member.

I also have been debating whether or not to order from them.

I was also getting ready to order 3 cabinets. This is really dissapointing, it seems like a good design.

My last cabinet was great. I have recently ordered another one, but I have to admit I am a little concerned. There seems to be a lot of dissatisfaction with these guys recently.

I just sent them an e-mail asking what's up and expressed my concern. I also encouraged them to follow up on pachitalk

I spoke with Brenda this morning regarding my dismay about these (3) cabinets. She had personally called me as a direct result from reading this thread over the weekend.

I explained all of the problems related to the (3) cabinets received and she cordially understood the matter and expressed her deep sorrow for this unfortunate happening. She stated that the gentleman who has always provided excellence in building these cabinets has obviously made a DEEP MISTAKE.

She offered to replace the cabinets at no charge or do anything she could to help with the matter. She additionally could not appologize enough for this problem.

I would say at this point that whatever the problem has been - that she is actively going to be correcting it. You may want to contact Brenda for additional reasurrance if you are awaiting an order - I'm sure that she will be happy to respond.

Did Brenda say anything about addressing the recent quality control problems with their service (Long delivery times and build related issues)?

She did say that she may be moving their manufacturing facility to Nevada where she resides rather than in Idaho (where she can't personally be). She thinks that she will be needing to personally be involved in their contruction & painting.

The long delivery times were addressed by stating that the gentleman she has building these is older & slower but has always until now provided excellent quality.

This is the beauty of pachitalk.com. We hear of a vendor shipping shoddy merchandise and we put on a hold on what we were going to order until it is resolved.

Again here is a case of a vendor wisely "listening" in here and quickly moving into action to hopefully correct the problems.

I pity the vendor that is not a member here.

I just received my cabinet last week and it was in excellent shape. I had talked to brenda before I ordered to see what she had completed so I would not have to wait. She said she had oak stained on hand. That is what I bought. I think the builder is overloaded and under pressure to build and deliver more than he can handle. Brenda needs to have more builders and a quailty check system.

I am glad to hear that everything is working out and that Brenda was responsive to your needs. Hopefully your post has brought enough attention to the matter and everything will be corrected. I should expect my cabinet in the next 2 -3 weeks. We will see.

Just saw they're listing back on ebay again. I hope this is a good sign that things are getting better.
