    Default Beast Sapp - What do these switches do?

    I've identified most of the buttons/functions on my Beast Sapp pachislo, but there are two I haven't figured out yet and can't seem to find any info on (I searched this forum too).

    Does anyone know what the two switches do which I've circled in my picture below?

    EDIT: OOPS! Sorry, wrong forum. Hopefully an admin can move it?

    I believe you are correct. Prior to getting Stealth to install volume controls for me, when these switches were moved, volume changes a little, but in my case not enough.

    I believe they are the same as the switches normally found on the power supply of many machines.

    For reset required after bonus, and credit dump after bonus.

    Yes they are reset after bonus and credit dump after bonus. Nothing to do with volume control there should be another button for that.
    How did i find this site in the first place, why am i still here. Must resist temptation.

    I think you will find that one of the switches disables the buttons on the front.

    When I got my Sapp, they were both to the left and in this mode, I don't think that the buttons worked.

    I was then told to push them to the right so that I didn't have to do a reset after a bonus and after this, the buttons on the front worked.

    I didn't put 2 and 2 together until someone else stated that one switch is for the 'reset' and the other enables the buttons.

    I can't be sure if this is true, but it certainly seemed to be the case for me.

    Either way, just push them to the right for a 'home' application.

    Cheers

    The built-in volume controls are near there, but face downward, if you get my meaning.

    I can say from extensive testing of my HAnabi Hyakkei that the

    Left switch is Require Reset after Bonus

    Left = Yes
    Right = No

    Right Switch is Payout Credits after Bonus
    Left = Yes
    Right = N0

    No effect on the front buttons. Your mileage with a Beast Sapp may vary, but they are the same Eleco Chassis (though Beast Sapp is a later model) Personally I like being paid out the credits after a Big Bonus, even though I have to load them up again, it just makes the payout that much more exciting.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks from me also.. I also like the idea of the "payout after bonus" feature.. I will go and change mine right now.

    Many thanks
