Are there any titles of this type of machine that come up for sale in North America among the common suppliers?

Or are they likely only available on request through Arby or an agent?

Are there any titles especially worth looking for?

Gingira Paradise and Milky Bar are the two best of all the kenri machines that I've played.

Kenri machines are out of style now so it's not too often that you see new titles released, the last one I can remember is Mushi Mushi Land Kenrimono version which is in the museum here:
