Just a FYI From Urban Dictionary :

    1. m'kay Another word for o.k.(okay)
M'kay class, can you all please stay seated, m'kay?

    2. m'kay Saying okay South Park style.
    (came from Mr. Maki, m'kay?*lol)
    1) I'm gonna go kill myself...m'kay?
    2) South Park is the shizzle...m'kay?

    3. m'kay A word commonly used by guidance’s councilor Mr. Macky from South Park that refers to okay..

On another note m'kay might be linked to the creators of South Park - Matt Stone / Trey Parker and there love of K / Ketamine
    Drugs are bad m'kay.....

    4. m'kay Insted of using the word F***
"Dont Say F*** anymore just use the word m'kaaaay"
    See the movie South Park

    5. M'Kay
When you are trying to illustrate a point and would like to add further emphasis, you add M'Kay.
    Drugs are bad, M'kay?

    6. m'kay it means something like "Did you get it?" "Is it clear what I'm saying?" with a slight undertone of threat.
    "I don't need your advice, m'kay?"
