Yellow Cab Problem Please Help

I just bought Yellow Cab. I fill the reward hopper and all the balls just spill out the back. Also at the top left on the front is a blinking red LED does the machine need a reset and where is the reset button if so. Please help.

Thanks Arby. With your wisdom it helped me figure out the problem. Only thing is I can't seem to get into the Museum. Hmmm wonder what is up with that??

It looks that I miss spoken on where to find the answer, I went and looked no joy.
I will pull a frame style like the Yellow cab and get some pictures up Friday afternoon, sorry for the goose chase.

Work is hell right now.

The button needs to snap to the front to lock in so the balls don't dump.
