Ummm NR means "No Reserve" not "non returnable"
And yes they will make it right if you have a problem.

I just got my Outlaw from them. Machine is nice but the tokens that came with it are pretty old and dingy, oh well they work! Just need to clean em up a bit.

Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience with DGI/Pachislot777. In another post I won a Thunderzone from them and was anxiously awaiting delivery. Unfortunately, when it arrived last Friday and I unpacked the thing and I could tell immediately that it was not the machine I was expecting because of the red and yellow case. They had sent a Big Shooter by mistake. I spoke with Chris and luckily he had an identical Thunderzone available which he promptly sent out to me and in addition he offered me the Big Shooter for $25. So the Thunderzone should get here on Monday and I'll let you know how it goes. In my opinion Chris was great to deal with and very fair. I am very satisfied with the customer service so far. Just my 2.5 cents.

I have recently purchased three machines from Direct Gaming Intl/ Pachislot 777. Two out of the three had big problems, but Chris and his tech Mark sent replacement parts. I was a little disappointed because their packing was outstanding which led me to believe that they don't inspect all of their items to be shipped out. Overall a good company.

I emailed them about that inability of shipping a machine to New Jersey as per the legal in their ad and got this back :We were requested by the States Attorney of New Jersey not to ship these machines to the state.

I am not too happy about this mob at the moment.

I bought two machines from them and was quoted $600USD shipping to Australia.

I accepted the quote and although it took a while I finally received the shipping information.

I contacted the local branch office of the shipping company, they told me that pachislot777 sent the items in two consignments (don't ask why as I can't comprehend their logic). Because of this I would have to pay double for everything $90 x 2 for customs clearance $180 x 2 for airline fees?.

No mention was made to me about the airline fees, I expected that the quote would have covered this, how wrong I was.

The shipping Company also told me that pachislot only paid $177USD for each machine to be shipped, now, that leaves a credit of $220USD that must be their packing and shipping charge (very expensive).

I was going to buy a few more of these machines, however at a total cost of $800AU for ONE machine landed in Australia, I can't afford the rip off packing prices.

Be very careful if you are exporting these machines and make sure that the quote is inclusive of everything. I have learnt a costly lesson.
