    Default Problems with payout #2

OK... I now have about 350 balls in my pachinko. I test the pockets by dropping the balls into them manually andf I dont get any payout. I have also played the machine and still no payout when a ball drops into a slot. I have my see-saw thing in the "UP" position. Nothing is jammed or stuck balls. Is there anything someone can think of that may be my problem?
Here are photos of my machine, again. I know the one looks like the balls are jammed but I fxed that.

it doesnt look like you have alot of balls in there
put more in so it covers a button before the empty light button to let the jackpot release

That photo is old. I have added a bunch more totaling abot 350 balls. They go all the way up and fill the top tray.

OK, I added some new pics. I found out that if I dont gun the trigger and shoot them off about avery second, the jackpot pays off almost every time. I do notice that the seesaw thingy sometimes doesnt come back up. Does this matter? Is there a way to loob up the mechanism to get it working better? Now all I nedd is to figure out how to make the lights work. Bulb is fine, fuse is good (even bought a new one), it doesnt work. The fuses are 1/2 V. My plug is 9 V @ 500 MA and I have a 9 V @ 450 MA. Is my fuse too low??? Is my power supplies too high??? I'm not the electrical kind of guy. Any help would be nice. THANKS!!!!!

I think the lights are 6 volt d.c. a lantern battern should power them, maybe that seesaw thingy needs to be cleaned and lubricated

in your first picture empty all of the balls out!!!! push the thing up and down by hand to empty and then put a ball in jackpot to see if it goes by itself and empty all of the balls in the line after that

To amplify the last post a bit, there should never be balls backed up before "the seesaw". In a working machine (which yours shall shortly be) a ball stops before the seesaw only if the previous payout cycle is incomplete. This happens when the machine cannot correctly refill the center jackpot mechanism (due to a jam or insufficient balls), which in turn does not permit the long arm with the ball perched on the end at the bottom to lower completely.

Once you clear out all the balls everywhere, do this:

    1) add balls slowly to the top tray and watch how the center jackpot fills up,
    2) make sure the seesaw is reset and drop a ball in a payout pocket-watch where it goes in the back-and you'll understand the ingenious mechanism that was at the heart of pachinkos for many years.

    Good luck!

P.S. Lube isn't the problem here, I don't think. You just have to start the mechanism from the beginning. And parlors (and bulbs) then were 10V, so a 9V transistor battery is fine...unless you leave the top tray empty! Your switches that activate the lights may need to be adjusted...higher light when top tray empty; center light when jackpot hits. Lights have no functional effect on machine, so don't stress too much about them.
